The 2020 Acadian Red is a very unique blend of Valiant, Raddison and Merlot grapes. It's a wine named after the Acadian culture! It has notes of violet, dark fruits and a light wood. Very clean texture with a medium-long finish. 

Pairings: charcuterie, antipasto and red meats.
